Providing a new digital hub of information for a charity focusing on reducing offending meant targeting an obvious yet deep user experience. A lot of information needed to be easily accessible in a clear and concise way.
We also worked with Service Users and staff to create social media guidelines to help the organisation have a unified strategy in this unfolding landscape as well helping them to establish a consistent tone for all communications.
Whilst designing the new website we highlighted the deeper need to provide well defined brand guidelines that could be used throughout the organisation for future promotional and marketing materials.
